Refund & Cancellation Policy – BellGo

Effective Date: 15 Feb 2026 · Last Updated: 15 Feb 2026

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs payments made through the Bellgo platform, operated by Bellgo Private Limited ("Bellgo", "we", "us", "our").

Bellgo provides a software platform that enables educational institutions ("Institutions") to collect fees from parents/guardians ("Users").

2. Nature of Payments

  • Bellgo acts only as a technology platform facilitating fee collection.
  • All payments made by Users are directly towards the respective Institution.
  • Bellgo does not own, control, or manage the funds paid by Users, except as a payment facilitator through integrated payment gateways.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made through the Bellgo platform are:

Non-refundable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • School fees
  • Monthly payments
  • Any institution-defined charges

Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded through Bellgo.

4. Responsibility of Institutions

Each Institution is solely responsible for:

  • Fee structure
  • Refund decisions
  • Dispute resolution

In case of any refund request, Users must directly contact the respective Institution.

Bellgo shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Refund requests
  • Fee disputes
  • Payment disagreements

5. Payment Gateway Role

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.

Bellgo does not store sensitive financial data such as:

  • Card numbers
  • CVV
  • Net banking credentials

Any transaction-related issues (failed payments, delays, etc.) may involve the payment gateway and/or banking partner.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

Failed transactions. If an amount is debited but payment status is failed, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the bank/payment gateway within 5–10 business days.

Duplicate payments. Users must contact the Institution directly. Refunds (if applicable) will be handled by the Institution.

7. No Cancellation

Once a payment is initiated and successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Users are advised to verify all details before making payment.

8. Disputes

All disputes related to:

  • Fees
  • Refunds
  • Payment amounts

must be resolved directly between the User and the Institution.

Bellgo is not a party to such disputes.
