How to Request Deletion

• Contact your institution administrator.
• Submit a formal deletion request.
• The institution verifies your identity.
• The account is deactivated and scheduled for deletion.

• Account access is permanently revoked.
• Biometric attendance data (if applicable) is permanently deleted.
• Personal data is removed from active systems.
• Payroll or academic records may be retained if legally required.
